OAS Chief Of Mission Considers Digital Fingerprint Voting Modality To Be Interesting


The Electoral Observatory Chief of Mission (EOM) of the Organization of American States (OAS), Noemí Sanín, described the voting modality by way of digital fingerprinting as interesting. This modality began in the referendum lead by Paraguayan head, Fernando Lugo, at the Rosa Talavera Richert School in Lambaré.
