Peru votes electronically for the second time


On September 30, the district of Pacarana in Cañete, Peru, will use e-voting for the second time, with technology created by the National Office of Electoral Processes (ONPE, for its acronym in Spanish) to modernize suffrage in the country. The entity is currently carrying out training sessions in order for citizens to attend the recall referendum as best prepared as possible.
