Electoral Law proposed in Argentina


Argentina has taken some steps toward the automation of its elections. The latest is the proposal of a draft bill that pushes the modernization of the voting system through the approval of the National Electoral Code for the Electronic Voting System, where the emission and electronic scrutiny of suffrage would be regulated. The legal document proposes to automate first the elections for national posts, and then to have a gradual and progressive implementation of it throughout the Argentinean Republic. Read more here.
